Etihad not updating guest points !
Hi
Etihad airways have taken over 2 weeks of my time. I have emailed , called several times for them to update 3 accounts in the family who have flown Business class and they just would not update the accounts. WHY is such a prestigious airline treating its customers like dirt? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO DESERVE THIS? |
