Cancelled off Flight BA206
 

logged into Manage My booking to find the return flights Miami/Heathrow/Manchester were no longer on my itinerary. Took three hours to resolve. BA cancelled me off flight as they changed time of Miami /Heathrow flight by 15 minutes and there wouldn't be sufficient time to catch Heathrow /Manchester flight. Why cancel both? All they had to do was book a later flight to Manchester.
After hours of phone calls I ended up on the same original flight and a later Manchester flight.
No email to change of itinerary regarding cancellation or any contact whatsoever. They are just incompetent and customer service is so poor.
2nd year running that they have screwed up and caused unnecessary stress.
Last time I fly with them so the offered compensation of Avios is just a total waste of time.
