Worst customer service
 
I had a worst experience with ETIHAD on my flight to San Francisco and I sent an official complaint to feedback@etihad.ae on 6th Sep 15.I received a reply on 13th Sep from Guest relations stating as follows;

Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to learn of your experiences with us.
At Etihad, we pride ourselves on our high standards of service and I am concerned to hear of your experience. Rest assured we will investigate your feedback thoroughly and will ensure that the appropriate action is taken as quickly as possible.

Thank you for giving us this opportunity to address your concerns. A member of our team will be in touch with you soon with the outcomes of our investigation.

In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

But now its more than a month and no one contacted from Etihad nor my complaint addressed.I sent various reminders but no reply.Is this the customer service

After my worst experience and poor customer service at Abu Dhabi Airport transfer desk, I can vouch that they don't care for customers at all.
