AA Customer Service severely lacking …
 
Just returned from the absolute WORST air travel experience on AA 92 & AA 87.

$1280 and the direct flight took 3 planes, lost my upgrade, lost 1 of 3 days in Dublin and as a matter of "good faith" received a $300 voucher!

Now we're down to 3 US transatlantic airlines ... AA has ancient planes ... the one I was in broke down mid flight and had to emergency divert to JFK ... fire trucks and all due to all the heavy fuel ... JFK worst PREPARED & customer service ever.

Can anyone say monopoly ... oh and Virgin Atlantic from now on!

I can say monopoly.

Try getting nailed for double the ticket price for an online, zero customer service self booking, your on your own, you checked this small print box, screw you through the drive through ticket price change?

The planes really are ancient. Those 757's are awesome planes but man do they need a new interior! It's really not much above an old greyhound bus. CRT TV's? OK, can we at least get new monitors? I know I just paid for three really nice LCD panels that would greatly improve the look:)
