Fraudulent - Low Price Guarantee on AA.com
 

AA Gold member that purchased a $1,718.70 ticket on AA.com. Lower fare $1,073.78 offered on same flight found within 24 hours. Called Gold Customer Service desk twice and refused to honor their published Low Price Guarantee. Escalated to SVP Customer Experience refused to honor published guarantee. Filed complaints with credit card, BBB, Texas Attorney general and FAA/DoT for fraudulent business practices.
