Paying for first, getting coach!!!!
 

Booked a flight from Frankfurt-Ft Myers ( RSW )on 4-10-15 with Liberia Airlines.
Flight was operated by United/American Airlines.
Going over business/first class was overbooked and they put me on an other flight 3 hrs delay!!!
Leaving Ft Myers 4-25-15.Checking in ,I did not get a seat number.Yes sir they will give to you at the gate.No way,there was NO seat on First/Business.
At the very last moment they gave me a seat in coach.The complain was registered in the computer from AA.
When i came home i filled my complain (4-27)with the people I booked my ticket Vayama. After weeks they told me it was NOT their problem!!!I paid my ticket to them!!!!Vayama told me to contact AA.I did several times ,they just bounch you around!!!!On June 20 Th they finally e-mailed me that my complain was taken over to Liberia Air and that it would take maximum of 90 days to get an answer.Today 12 November never did get money back.
I paid for First/Business for flight Ft Myers to Philadelphia 0n 4-25 and I did get get after a lot of discussions Coach!!!!!!!!!!!
AA customer relation service leave you in the dark!!!!please help me:mad:
