Interchanged Firstname /LastName
 

Hello,

I booked a ticket with a booking company for me and my girlfriend, and for both passengers our Firstnames and LastNames are interchanged. We have a flight with one connection, and of course we have the same issue on all the flights...

Plus, I'm missing my middles names.

I of course tried to call this booking company (bravofly) which told me that it's not possible to do this change and that my ticket cannot be refund!!!!! :eek:

I then tried to call Etihad, and they answered me that they couldn't help me, and I should see with my booking company ....!

What should I do?
