Poor response to complaint
 
Despite lodging complaint with Etihad more than 3 months ago my complaint is yet to be resolved and numerous mails to Etihad Customer service feedback@etihad.ae no action taken and they are not even bothered to reply

I would never travel ETihad again nor recommend any one

Etihad Customer 'service'
 
Not only is Etihad customer 'service' non-existent, they are actually agressive. They ended up blocking my email address (although they denied doing it), then blocked my Twitter account and even after all that, never resolved the problems.

Definitely a MINUS 5 star airline. Never again.
