Upset Military mom
 

I carried my son to board American Airlines on Nov 9 th and with this being the first time for my son to fly and for us to even walk inside an airport we didn't know what to do..we walked up to American Airlines worker at the desk to give her my sons two army bags,then she carried them and put them up to be placed wherever they carry the bags...we then ask if his one carry on bag was ok she grabbed it and sent it with the other bags as well.when we told her that was his carry on bag,she said sorry I can't do anything about it now....Now my son is deployed and has found out items were missing from that bag...American airlines needs to take responsibility for my soldiers items...
