Unauthorized transaction made by Etihad Airline
 

I want to make a complain regarding the unauthorized transaction made by Etihad Airline via my Axis Bank Account. I have booked a return ticket from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi on 13/11/2015 for myself and an infant. The total ticket price of Rs 25790 was paid via my Axis Bank account

On 18/11/2015 without making any transaction Etihad Airline has deducted Rs 21,758.

Please explain why the airline is charging me continuously even when I am not making any new bookings.

I have tried all possible channels to get this resolved.
