Lost Reservation and Changed reserved seats
On 28 Oct 2015,I arrived at Toronto Pearson Airport to check in for flight Ey140.Since I had not been able to check online due to website message the day before,I followed the line to first available counter and after providing documents including reservation code GAQSWD,the lady at the counter declared there is no reservation in my name and sent me to two other counters for a long discussion and finally I was sent back to the first counter and a boarding card was issued.To my surprise reserved aisle seats on both flights were changed to middle seats on wings.I should mention that the seats were reserved more than a month before due my urgent need for movement during long flights.I posted a complaint on Ethihad website the day after arriving at destination and no response has been received so far.I had a disaster experience with Etihad on first flight.:confused::mad:

As I mentioned before ,I filled out complaint form on Ethihad website with all information requested twice,and I also attached boarding cards scan,but I did not get any "case number".I am astonished by Etihad CRM and starting to believe that not "responding properly" is a usual business at Etihad.For last time ,please check for previously mentioned reservation code under TAHOORI family name. |
Etihad is acting totally irresponsible on customers complaints.I have not received any response after about two months.This kind of customer relation is an embarrassment for any airline with lots of fuzz advertise.:mad:
