Amer Airlines Coercion for Fees Fl. 979 and Fl 2564
 

Our Cruise liner booked flights for us on American Airlines. When we called American to verify our seat numbers, the Customer Service rep demanded an extra $25 fee for each passenger before she would tell us what our seat assignments were. Naturally, we declined. This is the worst of the worst.

Our booked flights are: Fl 979 from Colo. Springs and Fl 2564 out of DFW on Jan. 18, 2016.
