Missing Baggage for two days
Dear,
I flayed with your company (Etihad Airways) to Phuket on December 11, 2015. My flight started from Belgrade to Abu Dabi (December 12, 2015) than continued form there to Phuket. When I landed, it was claimed that my luggage and luggage from few other passengers traveling from Belgrade was missing. It was evidently an organization miscarriage inside the company and the airport. My luggage was delivered to me after number of explaining on December 14 in the morning. Where can I send you photo of the documentation of my luggage? Regarding that I was two days without my personal things which brought to me lot of unpleasantness and many cost, I expect, according to the terms of your company, proper compensation.
