Qatar Airways over booked and lost baggage
 

Qatar Airways over booked flight. Left Paris on QR38 on 13Dec prevented from connecting to Kigali on QR1387. Was forced to spend half day in airport and night in Doha losing day of work. Staff at Qatar Airways Doha response to complaints on over booking: "This happens everywhere. That all airlines do it " On arrival in Kigali 15Dec, Qatar Airways had lost my luggage. No communication from Qatar Airways about my luggage.
