SAA086 from Johannesburg, South Africa to Libreville, Gabon operates four times a week. Due to overbooking on every single flight, THE AIRLINE IS ABOUT FOUR DAYS BEHIND WITH BAGGAGE!! This means that they despatch every flight KNOWING FULL WELL THAT NONE OF THE PASSENGERS ON BOARD WILL RECEIVE THEIR LUGGAGE AT DESTINATION! The passengers on board have no idea this is happening until they get to destination and their bags don't arrive. On 2 separate flights on this route I have witnessed near-riot situations at the baggage collection area in Libreville. The airport staff at in Libreville have to face the anger of passengers after every SAA flight. HOW CAN SAA OPERATE THIS UNETHICALLY. They make me ashamed to be South African!
