Atlantic Southeast Airlines - Flight # 4566
In February 2008, I had the displeasure of taking the flight from Atlanta to Burlington, VT. I am a fequent flyer and have never experienced the depth of unprofessionalism by an airline employee as I did during that flight. The flight attendant, Jennifer (who's last name I learned was LoBianco), was exceptionally rude to myself and the other passengers, ignored us, did not answer our calls and seemed to be much more concerned chatting it up with her fellow flight attendant than serving her customers. The nature of her conversation which I overheard was some of the most graffic and inappropriate conversation I have ever heard. It appeared that Ms. LoBianco was more interested in talking down about the passengers then serving them. I witnessed her hit several people with her drink cart without a flinch or an apology. She chatted on about her plans and apparently an affair she is having with a married man. I was absolutely appauled! I am not one to throw stones but there are some things that should be kept behind closed doors and to subject a plane full of passengers to that type of discussion was not only deplorable but has made me reconsider ever flying with this airline again Ms. LoBianco was rude from the time we boarded the plane to the time we left. I have always enjoyed my time in the air with the ASA staff as they have always been highly professional and well-trained. However, if this is the type of employee they are now choosing to employ then I may find it better served to take my business elsewhere. As the passengers left the plane, Ms. LoBianco literally pushed her way past the passengers still making their way up the gate to catch up with "friends"
