Missing Baggage - EY039564

I am following upon my cabin bag (purple, brand USA Polo), baggage tag #9W313154, which was boarded in Jet airways flight 9W630 from Kolkata on Jan 2nd 2016 for Hyderabad via Mumbai (connecting flight 9W459). Unfortunately, it was not received at the Hyderabad airport. Could you please check if the bag is still lying at Mumbai or it was boarded to some other flight from Mumbai airport?

My travel was from JFK New York flight #EY100 to Hyderabad via Abu Dhabi flight #EY274 with the baggage tag#EY039564 on Dec 26th 2015. I reached Hyderabad on Dec 28th 2015 and since then I am patiently following upon this request.
