Is it the norm for a Baggage Claim with Etihad to be totally ignored???

Previuosly sent with attachments to Etihad;

Dear All

I have now being waiting 6 months since my Baggage Claim was processed with you. I have had no conclusion to date.

Can you please at the very least explain to me why this has taken so long…………………………….
