Guest Relations [RQID:423700]

I sent a feedback email about my refund request (Guest Relations [RQID:423700]
Almost 4 weeks no response, I email I got some one will call me , but nobody.
I sent again asking for update no luck.
what can I escalate the issue.
one thing i would like to mention, the airlines staff at Abu dhabi treated our family well.
