Very disgusted with this business
 
Hello everyone. I have a complaint against this companies non refundable policy on a $1500 flight cancelled and rescheduled for a week later than planed.
They tell you one thing and later renege on what they tell you and promise you.
This is totally un-exceptable business practices and as for as I can say, there mission statement is a bunch of you know what ________. Fill in the blank.:D

If you called to cancel and make the changes, they you are on the hook for that. Next time read the terms and conditions that come with the ticket your about to purchase, and if it is not what you want, then go for the higher priced ticket that comes with the extra frills, and changes with out penalties:).
