Long black HAIR in my food
 

On Air Asia flight, January 13. 2016 from Kuala Lumpur to Bali
I found a long black Hair in my food. I showed this to the Purser and he filled out a form and stated I would hear from the Airline. Since I did not hear from them I filled out a complaint form on their web sit. Again I did not hear from them. Then I wrote a certified letter to their head office and still no reply. This must be the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Stay away from this air Asia because if you have any kind of problem they will not help you or deal with it.
