Still waiting for Full Refund
 

One leg of my flight canceled by BA and British Airways promised me to pay the full refund. They just paid $147.18, but that was far short of the $1529.18 was promised for the full refund. I m waiting for Them to pay my full money back since March, 19th 2016. I talked to them multiple times, They always said " We apolgy, you will get your full Refund between 7 to 10 business days. " . Now, they canceled my whole flight. And still no rest of my money. @British Airways- Where is my Full Refund you promised? Ref.ZHC7GQ.
