Etihad's triple and quadruple mileage promotions are bogus!
 

I had registered for myself and for my family travels, for Etihads triple and quadruple mileage promotions, travelled according to the ruless.. but never ever got the mileage automatically! I have always had to email them and eventually got the bonus mileage most of the time but not all of the time. It takes a lot of efforts to convince them.. sending t hem copies of tickets in business class etc..
I am wondering if they are doing these promotions fully knowing that people don't have time for repeated follow ups.
