flight schedule changed by malindo
 

my malindo airline experience--

1. at the time of booking, firstly, my seats were blocked [pnr OD JKYQCJ]. at that time, i had booked evening flight from bali to KL [on the 15th jun] and evening flight from KL to mumbal [on the 16th jun]. the layover at KL was approx 20 hrs.
2. when i received actual ticket, malindo gave me afternoon flight from bali to KL [on the 15th jun] and evening flight from KL to mumbai [on the 16th jun]. this change was done by malindo because malindo cancelled evening flight from bali to KL on the 15th jun. so, the layover at KL became approx 28 hrs. pnr --- OD XBYVWK].
3. i sent an e mail to malindo asking the following questions in this regard --- can i stay inside the airport for 28 hrs as a transit passenger? if not, is malindo ready to take the responsibility of my transit visa? [i heard that one cannot stay in side the airport as a transit passenger for more than 24 hrs.] Or, is malindo ready to issue me the ticket which has the lay over less than 24 hrs? can i get both the boarding passes [bali to KL and KL to mumbai] at bali?

they are just not giving me the reasonable reply.
