Air Arabia worst Customer Service and Airline
I booked a ticket for my parents through Air Arabia. due to my dads health issue I had to change their ticket twice. Second time I paid more 'saver fare'"so i could once change it without penalty if required up to 4 hours prior to the departure. as it happened i had to change it again I called them and they told me i am mistaken my ticket wasn't saver and so i cannot change it. I explained to the lady named Fatimah what has happened and told her I am looking at the itinerary right now and clearly says saver fare she said she will check and calls me back (this happened on 21st May 2016 at 8:11am) and she hasn't called yet 22nd May at 22:35. I sent email through their website and uploaded my itinerary, unfortunately i even didn't receive an automated email, nothing at all.
I sent another email later and uploaded my itinerary again and asked them to call me or get back to me through an email. unfortunately I haven't received anything at all. |
