Luggage not traceable 4 DAYS
 

Hi, it's been over 96hrs and our 6 baggages out of which 1 is a baby stroller are missing. The etihad team has been very irresponsible in locating them. The luggage has some very important things and it is getting impossible to tolerate such casual approach of the airline. It seems unless you don't come to an edge of frustration and make it a public issue they don't seem to care. I have always liked the airline and this was the last thing I expected to happen while travelling with them.
I still would want to consider giving them a chance if they can deliver my luggage tomorrow. No amount of money can compensate personal valuables.
