Lost baggage. Ignored by luftansa
Luftansa have a terrible customer service. They have lost my baggage (which I paid extra for it to be carried). They do not reply to emails, let me know what is going on or compensate me for my loss.
The airline is completely rubbish. Do not use this airline. I personally will not use them ever again. I will file a complaint about luftansa at Civil Aviation Authority (google it to find the web site). I will also file a case against them at the European small claims court. I suggest everyone in the same position as me (which I would guess there are many more) to do the same. |
