WESTJET double booked SEAT and horrible behaviour

I had a PLUS ticket (front seats with bigger leg space meals etc) on this flight.. on boarding , found another person with same seat number seated; when I spoke to steward, they just put me in the back seat.. when I asked why.. they rudely said; either this seat or deplane and come in your plus fare on the next flight!!

this after cancelling previous days flight without any hotel support ... completely disgusted with the attitude and no apology or effort was made.. I have posted an email complaint to the airlines and awaiting a response..
