Fraud by edreams
 

We booked 2 air tickets from Ahmedabad to Amritsar through booking site edreams on jet airways.The confirmation mail was also received by us. But neither the e-ticket was received nor any assistance at departute.According to jet airways the PNR number sent in mail was fake and they don't have anybody information of said booking.we have paid INR 13500.00 through our credit card.Now we want to get refund but none of their helpline nos are working .We want to file a high level case for the fraud and harassment .
