Charged $225 to check in 2 bags online
 
I booked flights with Hawaiian Airlines via their website, not realising at first they did not include baggage. When I check us in online they day before the flight I checked 2 bags in, I was supposed to be charged $50 total, $25 a bag.

When got home a couple of weeks later I received my credit card statement I was charge $225!!! I was shocked to say the least. I sent an email complaint via their website about this matter and asking why and if they will refund the over charge. I did receive a reply a few day later saying they will forward it on. Its now been over one months and no response. I have sent more emails and cannot get a reply?

I honestly don't know what to do and if these people can do this? I think its wrong and my money should be refunded, or at least an explanation on why?

What can the consumer do on getting answers out of Hawaiian Airlines?
