Malindo air : Bad customer experience: Luggage broken & unresolved since july 2016

Flew first time via Malindo from KUL to SGP based on the good reviews and comment about the spacious seats, first week of July 2016. But unfortunately, luggage bag medium size was broken horribly during collection. Made a report at the KLIA Malindo Customer Service office, but was informed that they had just replaced a same size luggage to another customer and ran out of stock, as such they requested to lodge a report and wait for them to deliver the luggage to my address, but nothing happened subsequently.

Thereafter, sent emails after emails, only received 1 or 2 replies providing general statement informing they are looking into it. Until to-date, 9 Nov 2016 - the matter is still unresolved except for one call from Malindo in Sept asking for the size of the luggage and then no resolutions there after. :mad::confused:
