Crushed bag
 

I flied from singapore to mumbai via kl on malindo airways od215/0d808 on 15 nov 2016 ,upon landing @mumbai airport we found one of our bag was almost crushed by carrier.they asked us to fill claim form(third party not malindo staff) & assure the y would solve the matter in 2/3 days but almost 15 days gone by & we r still awaiting refund & they say we r waiting for approval...if anyone can suggest where should i lodge complaint for the same?
