LATAM the rip off company
 
We had a real ripp off session with latam

Latam is on of the very few company which flies from Santiago to Auckland.

This very conform market position allows them, to tread costumer however they can.

We booked a flight for our son from Auckland to Chile to Auckland.

The return flight was originally booked on the 31.Dezember. We decided afterwards that I will take them back from Chile.

I tried to book a flight on the same date, but it was extremly expensive.
So I've checked a later date for my ticket in the beginning of January.
The prices went down arround the 6. January, when the most people are back to work :confused:
Anyway I booked a flight on the 9th January.

After my booking I tried to change the flight date for my son, so that we could come back on the same flight.

LATAM told me then, that I've to pay a penalty from 245$. OK that I could understand so far. But then they told me, that they want also another 630$ for the flight change to the 9th January. THAT's a totally ripp off from the chilean airline. They tread customers like stupid clients. Absolutly horrible
prices.
On the question why this horrible price? The chief of the operators told me,
that the flight is more expensive.... Such a joke. Before I saw, that the prices drops down from the 6th January on.....
LATAM thinks we are stupid and they could tread and betry clients however they want.
Fro my side as flight customer I would apeal to you, THINK TWICE before you book with LATAM. They are lyer and betriers.
For my side, that's the last time with LATAM.

So many miss-spellings and other issues abound here ... nothing to see except someone is need of a holiday present in how to use spellcheck :)

Oh Nice guys.
Mock a person who is not from an English speaking country,
And before you point at Auckland it is much more likely the poster is originally from Chile.
Look at the common errors made by Spanish speakers trying to write in English and realise you are both BOOBS
