THEY DO NOT CREDIT MONEY BACK (cheating?)
 

Very Bad Experience. Air Berlin cheated me 460 Euro; I bought a ticket on line for 160 Euro with a DinersClub. At CheckIn counter they wanted to see my card but I had an America Express at that time. They asked me (I was for a business trip) to buy again the ticket for 620 Euro with the Amex.
Then claim back the money with Air Berlin Service Center! A NIGHTMARE. From October we are in January - I posted 5 times a Complaint and NO MONEY BACK! DO THEY WANT TO CHEAT PASSENGERS? I THINK YES
