Worst service ever when baggage lost
My baggage got lost at January 10th at Schiphol on a BA flight from Londen Heatrhow. After several calls with customer service they told every time "your baggage is at Londen and will be send a.s.a.p." and the only thing I can do is waiting.
My next flight is on January 23th and I am afraid my baggage won't be there in time. I really feel frustated about the way BA is threating me. It will cost me lots of money to buy all new stuff for my next flight. Reference number -- AMSBA56771 :mad::mad::mad::mad: |
