Need a letter to file claaim
 

I am keep calling and sending emails.to etihad to get just one letter. I rescheduled my flight due to sickness and i just need a letter stating that no refunds provided for claim purpose but customer service not responding and feedfack@thihad.ae also not replying since last 20 days
