Please avoid etihad. They never respond and they do what they want.
 

Hello Everyone,

Do not fly with ETIHAD. They are so bad. The customer service and all their mails do not reply specially the miles retroclaim. I asked in December 2016 to add my wife miles and mine for a trip in December 2016 and they added my miles to the account and claimed that they did for my wife. I only discovered this when i asked to add my wife miles from a trip in February and again they dont reply back. Their etihad guest is a scam! It is my fault that i wanted to try them because i thought they are good. EMIRATES airlines is much better! PLEASE AVOID ETIHAD. THEY NEVER RESPOND AND THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT.
