ETIHAD: My bags got damaged, and i waited over a year to get some response. After submitting the forms, i get no replies to my emails. Then i posted a complaint on the net and they asked to send the forms again, which i did. My emails dont get replied to again! Its been almost 3 years and i've sent over 30 emails! Etihad just ignores you!:mad:
