My original mileage accumulated was 35,800. Whenever, I asked for updating from economy class to business class, I was told that the mileages were in sufficient. EMIRATES has removed 20,500 miles on 01/11/2016. When I rang up and asked for reason, no body could explain clearly.
Being a senior citizen of California, I think the airline has scant respect for the frequent fliers.

I still use EMIRATES for my travel, hoping they will restore it.
KINDLY RESTORE ASAP so that I can use them or buy some cards using them.
