Norwegian denied boarding to disabled person with service dog

Norwegian denied boarding due to a service dog belonging to a disabled person, after previously accepting all documentation. Norwegian is an International carrier who flies from major US airports without itīs staff knowing the new documentation required by TSA. Adding insult to injury, my brother was denied boarding on Norwegian after their customer service assured me they had spoken with the authorities at LAX and he would be boarded.

Incompetent customer service have decided to investigate the reports rather than re-book my brother who was mistreated and verbally insulted twice. They are so incompetent they cannot solve their own problem

Do not fly norwegian

Norwegian customer representatives are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. They mistreat and insult disabled persons and deny boarding of service dogs due their failure to keep current with international laws. They are incapable to solve problems due to their internal bureaucracy. [CODE]Norwegian should not be in the international market.
