DO NOT FLY-Norwegian Air Shuttle is not current with the changes made by the DHS. They denied my brother boarding after giving him a boarding pass and taking his luggage. This was due to a new form required by DHS/TSA via USDA. This incompetence was repeated a second time, after 4 phone calla assuring me all was handled and coordinated. Only to have my brother denied boarding again, let in the dark at midnight to breakdown and call for help. This is an example of 2 1/2 weeks later, still no solution, no flight, no compensation, DON´T FLY
