four months for Refund and still waiting
 

I have been following up for refund of my cancelled tickets for last four months (several calls, emails etc). I booked the ticket in Jan 2017 for trael in May 2017 . IN a span of two weeks there were two schedule changes, and therefore I opted to cancel the ticket.
