Stolen luggage content and no response
 

Upon my return to Germany I had to notice that my suitcase was rifled and things got stolen. Filed an online complaint after the hotline couldn't file it.
There was NO email confirming the case ID. Good thing I did a screenshot.
So a week passed and NO Feedback yet! Big airline fail!
