vacation lost
 

Arrived at RSW 7-1 flight 527 at 6am for 9am flight to Houston TX then connect to Zihuatanejo Mexico. Delay due to mechanical problem. Long story short after 8 HOURS WAIT flight canceled and no united flights to catch our connection. Next day flight was delta/American with connecting flights in Atlanta to charlotte to mexico city for a loss of 2 days of our elite class resort in Zihua. TRIP CANCLED!! Trip was planned for 1 year and resort booked for rest of July. So with wife a school teacher and back to work it's wait until next summer or as we will do NEVER!!!! United SUCKS!!! I wouldn't fly united for free around the block!!!!:mad::mad::mad:
