Etihad Airways, Where is my money
 

I cancelled the return trip by telephone in the beginning of May. The customer service person told me in my paybal account etihad will credit 50 euros for my infant ticket and 200 euros for my ticket....total 250 Euros. I received only 50 euros and since that time I am keep calling the customer service asking for the 200 euros and no sharp answers.
Where is my money Etihad Airways???:mad:
