lost luggage, 9 mos and still waiting

Lost luggage on flt B6 149 that never left JFK on 1/07/17. Bag was checked in by JetBlue agent and 2 hrs later flight was canceled b/c of snow strorm. Have tried for 9 mos for re-imbursement, but met by stone walling. Now have a date in small claims court.
