Recently I upgraded two tickets to Aruba through AA Advantage, which i have been a member for 20 years. They told me over the p[hone it would cost me $75 and 15,000miles for each one. I agreed , but they charged my card $150 for each ticket. When I called them they said its expedite charge as it was less then 21 days before my flight. My point was YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I DID THE BOOKING. They said its all in the printed regulations, Hello Who is going to read all the fine prints ? They refused to credit me any of ite. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS..
