KOREAN AIRLINES Flight KE32 Delayed missing Connecting Flight KE623
We are missing our connecting flight KE623 ICN to MNL today 12/25/2017 due to 1hr and 15 mins delay of KE32. Talked to customer service was told that they don’t do hotel and meal accomodations at ICN airport for any airline delays, we have to rebook to a different airlines ourselves at ICN upon arrival, the closest departure time is 12 hours from ICN to MNL by Asiana per customer service. And Korean Air Customer Service was not helful in anyway of offering hotel, meals, ticket rebooking over the phone! What do you have a customer service for KOREAN Air if you cannot help passengers directly on phone!
