Refund
 

Hi,

I have to get refund from Lufthansa in the 3rd week of September as promised by customer relations officer for 3 tickets.

But I Received refund only for 1 ticket after a month and till now did not receive refund for the other 2 tickets.

When I call to check on the status for the past 5 months am hearing same answer we are yet to receive update from refund department.

Its a pain to reach out any representative over phone and no use after speaking to them

Really stressed out waiting for money without any update.

Looking for ways to file complaint against for not responding and ignoring customers concerns.
