Delayed packages at Abu Dhabi airport
 

I have sent some packages from the USA to Iran by United States Postal Service. They were going through a transfer airport in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates by Etihad airline.

Etihad suspended its flights from Abu Dhabi to Tehran from Jan 24th, 2018 and my packages are being held for 3-4 months in Abu Dhabi airport by Etihad airline.

Etihad cargo confessed that the packages are in their hand but do exactly nothing in transferring them to the destination. I asked from USPS to ask Etihad to return the packages to the sender but Etihad again refuses to do so.
They want to steal them?
